The Multi-Utility Hub in Singapore is a single storey building that features one of the largest elevated Intensive Green Roof in Singapore. It consists of shared carpark, M&E rooms, landscape park, a shell space that houses a District Cooling System (DCS) plant under Keppel and storage space that links to MediaCorp.

The DCS plant that aggregates the cooling requirements of the developments in achieving lower chilled water cost in aiding the economy of the country.

2 considerably prodigious event lawns on the landscape roof accommodate an array of future events by MediaCorp and paved areas focused along the two circulation axes with one of the paved area functioned as a continuous and undisputed pathway along the green spine.
